Blackboard Collaborate will be deploying our Collaborate with the Ultra experience August 2019 update to Europe (AWS Ireland) on Thursday, August 8, 2019 from Midnight IST (Irish Standard Time) UTC/GMT +1 to Thursday, August 8, 2019 from 4:00 AM IST (Irish Standard Time) UTC/GMT +1. We will try to minimize downtime and do not plan on using the entire maintenance window, however we will use the entire maintenance window if necessary. Collaborate Ultra customers may see intermittent availability during the maintenance window.
