Thursday, August 29, 2019 - Blackboard is aware of a service impact to Collaborate Telephony that prevents calls made in the US and Canada. The issue started on Monday, 8/26 at approximately 7 PM ET. We immediately escalated the issue to our 3rd party service provider, and are regularly engaging with them until service is restored. We will provide a further communication once service has been restored. The exact telephony dial-in numbers affected are listed as follows. Other international numbers are not affected.
